Privacy Policy

Account data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Software, including pages visited, features used, and session duration, to improve the product and diagnose issues.

Project data: On Starter and Professional plans, project data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. On Enterprise plans with cloud sync enabled, project data is stored on our servers in encrypted form.

Communications: If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we retain those communications to respond to your enquiry and improve our support.

We use your data to: provide and maintain the Software; process payments and manage your subscription; send transactional emails (receipts, renewal notices, password resets); respond to support enquiries; improve and develop new features; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your project data to train machine learning models.

We share your data only with: (a) payment processors (Stripe) to handle subscription billing; (b) email service providers to send transactional communications; (c) analytics providers to understand aggregate usage patterns (data is anonymised); (d) legal authorities where required by law.

All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a period of 7 years after termination for legal and accounting purposes. Usage logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting privacy@allcalc-pro.com.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@allcalc-pro.com.

We will respond to all requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

AllCalc Pro uses essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences (such as language and unit settings). We use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent banner.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take all reasonable precautions.
