Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@allcalc-pro.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. AllCalc Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

AllCalc Pro reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including suspending or terminating the account and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

AllCalc Pro is a calculation aid tool. Outputs produced by the Service are for guidance purposes only and do not constitute professional engineering, quantity surveying, architectural, project management, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all outputs and ensuring they comply with applicable professional standards, codes of practice, and regulations in your jurisdiction.

AllCalc Pro expressly disclaims any liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on calculation outputs without independent professional verification.

We aim to provide the Service with 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where practicable. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service unavailability.

AllCalc Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllCalc Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
